You win if you control them all.-- During battle loses are 1 for 1: One attacking unit is lost for each defending unit.-- At the end of each player's turn they earn 1 unit for each territory they own.-- New units are placed on territories that border enemy territories first.-- There is a max of 10 units per territory.
